I've been following Banging Vegan Eats on Instagram for a while, so I told myself the next time they're near me I would give them a try. On Sunday they were parked outside of the Westbrook Brewing Company in Mount Pleasant, SC. I was attending a sound bathing session on Sullivans Island later that day, so this was the perfect time to indulge.
I placed my order at the food truck window for the Hunny Garlic Bangers. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Fried breaded cauliflower drenched in a agave garlic sauce topped with a ginger sriracha aioli and scallions. Firm and crunchy on the outside, soft firm texture in the inside. This was a 10/10, definitely recommend.
The wings were so good I did a little research and decided to order the Mac Attack Fries. This order was place online through the street food finder app. These fries had so many levels of flavor. Seasoned fries topped with mac n cheeze that good good ranch, buffalo sauce and scallions. My portion was big enough to feed 2-3 people. This was a 10/10, would definitely reccomend.
