SC State Parks-First Day Hikes 2022

If your looking for an outdoorsy activity to do on the first day of the new year, then this is it. SC State Parks will be holding there first Hike 2022 on January 1, 2022 at select state parks. A complete list of activities and hikes can be found on the SC State Park's website. There are more than 40 ranger-led hikes are scheduled across the state, with most parks offering half-mile to 3-mile guided adventures for all ages and skill levels.

I personally will be attending Givhans Ferry State Park River Bluff Trail.

I've been following Banging Vegan Eats on Instagram for a while, so I told myself the next time they're near me I would give them a try. On Sunday they were parked outside of the Westbrook Brewing Company in Mount Pleasant, SC. I was attending a sound bathing session on Sullivans Island later that day, so this was the perfect time to indulge.  I placed my order at the food truck window for the Hunny Garlic Bangers. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Fried breaded cauliflower drenched in a agave garlic sauce topped with a ginger sriracha aioli and scallions. Firm and crunchy on the outside, soft firm texture in the inside. This was a 10/10, definitely recommend.  The wings were so good I did a little research and decided to order the Mac Attack Fries.
